Why am I a Professional Organizer, Redesigner & Stager?
For me it is a talent, skill and passion that I was born with. I instinctively know where
things belong and how to decorate, arrange, and organize them in the most effective, efficient, and visually
coordinated and appealing manner. Some people can paint or draw, my artistic ability comes out in the art of
rearranging, decorating and proper placement of one's furniture and personal belongings. This is sometimes referred
to as having "a good eye."
My business background coupled with my career in real estate starting in 1980, helped me hone my space styling and decorating skills by decorating condominium models and working with homeowners and investors purchasing and placing their furniture, in addition to staging and preparing homes for sale and open houses.
I draw on my experience of island living having lived in the Florida Keys over a 24 year period. Additional experience came when I was the design assistant to Lois Barrowcliff, interior designer and owner of Barrowcliff Design Associates, Key West FL.
